Gym Memberships

Here are our gym memberships, (please call for availability):
  • Professional
    • Five (5) days of one-on-one personal training per week.
    • Post-workout nutrition provided.
    • Initial assessment included (follow-ups are billed at the hourly rate).
    • Scheduled gym access 7 days per week.
    • Program design is included.
  • Elite
    • Four (4) days of one-on-one personal training per week.
    • Post-workout nutrition provided.
    • Initial assessment included (follow-ups are billed at the hourly rate).
    • Scheduled gym access M-F.
    • Program design is included.
  • Fitness
    • Three (3) days of one-on-one personal training per week.
    • Post-workout nutrition provided.
    • Initial assessment included (follow-ups are billed at the hourly rate).
    • Scheduled gym access M-F.
    • Program design is included.
  • Maintenance
    • Two (2) days of one-on-one personal training per week.
    • Post-workout nutrition provided.
    • Initial assessment included (follow-ups are billed at the hourly rate).
    • Scheduled gym access M-F.
    • Program design is billed at the hourly rate.
  • Limited Plus
    • Four (4) one-on-one personal training sessions per month
    • Scheduled gym access M-F
    • Individualized workout plan
      • Program design is billed at the hourly rate.
  • Limited
    • Two (2) one-on-one personal training sessions per month
    • Scheduled gym access M-F.
    • Individualized workout plan
      • Program design is billed at the hourly rate.
  • Hourly
    • You are billed only for the time we spend with you. This includes:
      • Initial assessment
      • follow-up assessment
      • Program design
      • Program instruction
  • Ideal for out of town clients.
