Here are our gym memberships, (please call for availability):- Professional
- Five (5) days of one-on-one personal training per week.
- Post-workout nutrition provided.
- Initial assessment included (follow-ups are billed at the hourly rate).
- Scheduled gym access 7 days per week.
- Program design is included.
- Elite
- Four (4) days of one-on-one personal training per week.
- Post-workout nutrition provided.
- Initial assessment included (follow-ups are billed at the hourly rate).
- Scheduled gym access M-F.
- Program design is included.
- Fitness
- Three (3) days of one-on-one personal training per week.
- Post-workout nutrition provided.
- Initial assessment included (follow-ups are billed at the hourly rate).
- Scheduled gym access M-F.
- Program design is included.
- Maintenance
- Two (2) days of one-on-one personal training per week.
- Post-workout nutrition provided.
