Structural Balance AssessmentAt Conscious Fitness, we know that if our athletes aren’t balanced, then they are underperforming; so the first step in any training program we design is to assess the Structural Balance of the body. Through many years of trial and error, working with elite athletes and learning from the most successful coaches in the industry, we have developed a means of assessing the Structural Balance of our clientele. This system is based on a series of tests whereby we are able to tell which muscles are strong and which are weak, and how they are contributing to joint and movement dysfunction.
